Privacy Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This policy explains what information Manila ("Manila," "we," "us") collects through this website and the Manila platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@mnla.io.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us. When you request a demo or early access, we collect your name, firm, email, phone number if you give it, practice area and any message you include.
- Account information. When your firm uses Manila, we collect the names and email addresses of the people who sign in and the matters they are delegated.
- Case content. Documents your firm uploads, and the questions and answers created while working with them.
- Website usage. We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies to track you across other sites.
How we use case content
Case content is used only to provide Manila to your firm: processing, indexing, search and AI answers for the matters you work on. We do not use your case content to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers. Each firm's data is isolated, and access is limited to the people delegated to each matter.
How we use other information
- To respond to demo requests and questions.
- To run, secure and support the platform.
- To send product updates if you've asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers
We rely on vendors to host the platform, process AI requests, and manage email. They may only use information to provide their services to us. Demo and early-access requests are stored in our email platform (Mailchimp).
Retention and deletion
We keep case content for as long as your firm's account is active or as your firm directs. To request deletion of a matter, your account, or your contact information, email info@mnla.io.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@mnla.io.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes and tell customers about material changes.
