These terms govern your use of the Manila website and platform ("Manila"). By using Manila you agree to them. If your firm has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Accounts

Your firm is responsible for who it gives access to, for keeping sign-in credentials secure, and for the matters each user is delegated.

Your content

Your firm owns the documents it uploads and the work product it creates. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide Manila to you. We do not use it to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to upload the content you provide.

Not legal advice

Manila organizes and searches your discovery. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a lawyer's judgment. Answers cite their source documents so your team can verify them before relying on them.

Plans and billing

Packages are billed monthly and include a monthly pool of credits. Monthly credits reset at the end of each month. Top-up packs can be purchased at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Manila to break the law, violate a protective order or anyone's rights, or interfere with the service or other customers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Manila available and secure but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
